Synopsis

Karen is a stay-at-home mother married to Tom, a rich lawyer, but she is away when a fire breaks out at their house. Their daughter Anna is rescued by firefighter Bob Clarke and good Samaritan Merry Brown, who accompany her toward urgent hospital care. Meanwhile, Karen returns from an affair and becomes involved in a collision with the emergency vehicle.

When the fire truck carrying Anna hits Karen's car, she focuses on the damage and demands an apology and payment instead of moving aside.
