Synopsis
Sloane appears to have everything going for her at the country club, until her boyfriend quietly works to take it all away. When her father is arrested, she is left without a home or money, and the life she knew collapses.
Mason Crane recognizes the pattern from a situation he has witnessed before and steps in before it can repeat. He brings Sloane to a safe place where the two of them can begin piecing together what was done to her and work toward recovering what she lost. Their enforced closeness stirs old connections and new friction, while the question of who betrayed her family remains unresolved.
