Synopsis
Cecilia, Crown Princess of Etheria, saves Amos from a death pit and appoints him as her personal guard. For three years, she keeps the disguised survivor close to the heart of her kingdom, never suspecting that his presence may place everything she protects at risk. Their fragile trust collapses when King Helios of Nord reaches her capital and reveals the truth behind Amos.
With Etheria’s defenses compromised, Cecilia faces the destruction of her royal home and the loss of her freedom. She suffers humiliation and abuse while trying to create an opening for her brother Edmund to strike back. A potion and a concealed plan give her a chance to survive, but escape is only the beginning.
