Synopsis
While finishing a reporting assignment, journalist Nora Harrison is captured by mobsters and faces a deadly execution. Their crime lord, Luca Moretti, arrives before the shooting can happen, but Nora then fires at him. As Luca studies her, her eyes seem to awaken memories of their childhood, adding an unsettling question to their violent encounter: does he recognize her, and what does that recognition mean?
Nora is an independent woman pulled into Luca’s dangerous sphere, where attraction, resentment, and control become impossible to separate. Their history carries buried emotions and unresolved misunderstandings, while Luca’s protective yet possessive nature clashes with Nora’s determination to remain free. As secrets about identity and past feelings threaten to surface, the two enemies must confront a connection neither of them can easily dismiss.
