Synopsis
Timothy carries a rare pilgrim gene that could help save the human species, making him ready to join Project Hail Mary. The mission requires him to risk his life and enter a coma for 30 years while being sent toward a new planet. Before leaving, he keeps his identity hidden from the Snyder family, who adopted him and whom he remains devoted to.
His decision follows a painful family rupture. After Matthew, the Snyder family's biological son, returns, Timothy is cast out amid lies and manipulation. His three older sisters turn against him and blame him for things he did not do. Despite their rejection, Timothy continues repaying the family's kindness through sacrifice and rescue.
