Synopsis

Warren and Donna mark ten years together at the beach with their children, and Warren gives Donna a gift engraved with their initials. When Bob is caught in the water, Warren goes in after him and is swept away by the tide. The news reports that Warren has died.

He surfaces alive but with no memory of his identity. By the time he reaches the hotel he himself founded, he is taken on as a porter, and the staff, his own son among them, treat him as a servant rather than the man who built the place. The story follows the gap between who Warren is and how he is seen, and the slow prospect of him recalling the life that was taken from him.
