Synopsis

After the death of Victor, the werewolf heir, his human widow Violet is summoned to Moon Shadow Castle. There she meets Edward, Victor's younger brother and the new Alpha heir, who openly resents her. Edward is convinced she married for money, and he has another reason to distrust her: three years earlier, they shared a secret one-night stand that neither has forgotten.

When Violet's brother attempts to force her to have an abortion, Edward steps in to protect her. His rescue does not soften his prejudice, but it begins a slow shift between them. As Edward guards Violet from those who wish her harm, the two are drawn into a forbidden love that challenges the pack's rules and their own guarded hearts. Their fated bond grows, but Edward's suspicion and the secret they share stand in the way.
