Synopsis
Alice Vega is determined to keep Hector West alive after an accident leaves him in a vegetative state. With medical costs mounting, she gives blood to help pay his bills, while her family contributes whatever it can. Before the crash, Hector had planned to ask Alice to marry him and disclose the identity he had kept from her, turning their long relationship into a question of trust.
As Hector slowly returns to awareness, he cannot speak and must rely on a call button to reach the outside world. Their fragile situation worsens when someone posing as a doctor begins manipulating the family. Hector may still be unable to explain who he is or what happened, but the hidden power behind his name could change the balance—if he can communicate before the deception closes in.
