Synopsis
On a Maple Airlines flight, the staff are eager to identify a concealed VIP and compete for the wealthy passenger’s attention. Jett, the airline’s top investor, chooses a different role, going undercover as ground crew so he can observe how employees serve travelers. Because no one knows his true position, their treatment of him becomes an unexpected test of the airline’s service.
The disguise soon causes trouble when Jett is mistaken for a low-level baggage handler and threatened with removal from the aircraft. When a storm puts the flight in danger, the man everyone has dismissed may be the only person able to save those on board. His hidden fortune, the crew’s assumptions, and the question of who can be trusted drive the conflict as Jett’s real identity remains concealed.
