Synopsis

For six years, Erema has served as CEO Weissman's secretary, managing both his work and private affairs while keeping her own feelings for him carefully buried. A new medication for stress-related insomnia sets off a hormonal reaction she cannot control, and on that same night Weissman is affected too. The two spend a passionate night together, and Erema slips away before dawn. Weissman wakes enraged and determined to track down the woman who vanished.

At a luxury cruise party, another episode leaves Erema escaping an assault. Weissman scolds her rather than offering comfort, and a heartbroken Erema resigns, unaware he has already handled the men who targeted her. Without her, his life unravels, and a doctor's three-month antidote timeline brings her back into an agreement with him. Their growing closeness is complicated by Kane, Weissman's younger brother, whose long-hidden feelings for Erema lead him to join his mother in pushing them apart.
