Synopsis
Princess Eleanor, second daughter of the Collins family, is treated harshly at home and then sent away in her elder sister's place to marry into the distant Fenris tribe. Her new husband Damian is not the modest match her family assumes; he is secretly the supreme Wolf King of Asgard, ruler of the whole continent. When her relatives insult her and princes provoke her, Damian steps forward with unmatched archery to defend her, and Eleanor chooses to sever ties with her kin.
Poisoning plots and a plague crisis test the pair next. Drawing on her skills as a healer, Eleanor uses wisdom and courage to develop an antidote, and the exiled bride's standing begins to shift. The story follows her path from unwanted substitute to a woman her people crown, with the hidden identity of her husband and her own rise as the central threads.
