Synopsis

Serena Hale has been a loyal wife, but her husband has ignored her for months. One night at a bar, a stranger pulls her away. In her drugged state, she mistakes him for her husband and gives in. That stranger is Evan Knight, a billionaire with a hidden criminal empire. He now funds her husband's business and is always nearby. He knows she's married, but he doesn't care.

Evan has waited sixteen years for Serena. She once saved him on a rainy night and forgot, but he remembers everything. As he whispers that she doesn't belong to her husband, Serena begins to agree. When she learns her husband killed her parents, she plans revenge and trusts only Evan. Yet trusting him might cost her everything.
