Synopsis
For seven years Valentina Moretti has stood beside mafia Don Enzo Caruso, believing in the marriage. Then she discovers that her former best friend Gia has been receiving gifts funded by the Moretti fortune, and Enzo confirms that Gia is carrying his child. He expects Valentina to simply accept a diminished place in their new arrangement, convinced she has nowhere else to turn.
What Enzo does not know is that Valentina is the sole heir to New York's most powerful underworld family. As Gia starts claiming Valentina's jewelry, her home, and her late mother's bridal gown, Valentina stops pleading to be chosen. With another proposal already waiting, she begins to make a decision Enzo never anticipated.
