Synopsis

Five years ago, a woman was mocked by her family for her weight, drugged and framed by her stepsister, and after a blurry night with a stranger she left a penny and fled New York. Now she returns to Manhattan transformed: a confident professional with twin boy and girl. A job at a top corporation brings her into the orbit of the CEO's mother, who quietly schemes to match her with her son. But the CEO, cold and suspicious, treats her harshly, still haunted by the woman from that night. He never suspects the intern he misjudges is both the obsession he has chased for years and the mother of his children. As the marks of fate surface, their story is only beginning.
