Anderson is a struggling basketball player whose younger brother is terminally ill. In desperation, he stumbles into the private lab of Campbell, a wealthy heir. Campbell forces him to sign a lucrative exclusive contract, trapping Anderson in a series of strange physical compatibility tests. Though Anderson insists he is straight, his body keeps betraying him, leaving him confused and angry.

As the tests continue, Anderson fights against his growing attraction and the humiliation of the deal. Campbell, who meant only to dominate and control, finds his own resolve crumbling. Anderson's untamed resistance and fierce spirit slowly turn the tables, and the man who set out to conquer becomes the one being conquered.
