The Obsession Tree

Synopsis

Detective Damian is certain his daughter Amy has been taken, and the woman before him wears the face of his late wife Vivian. But colleagues and records insist Damian never had a daughter, and Vivian died seven years ago. As he pursues the case, locked rooms fail to hold her, wounds close instantly, and a cherry tree outside his home beats like a heart.

Each impossible detail pulls Damian further from the life he remembers. The seven years he built may have been woven from illusion, yet the love and grief inside them feel entirely real. Now he must decide whether to keep digging into what she is, or protect the only family he has ever known.
