Synopsis
After former Marine Harper rescues Sophie, an orphan with the Dragon’s True Sight, ordinary dangers take on a supernatural edge. Sophie can perceive both a person’s values and the curses surrounding them, making her unusual gift as important as her stubborn courage. Her abilities also place her at the center of questions about where she comes from and why others are watching her.
Their path crosses with Gavin, a billionaire and pure-blood dragon who is Sophie’s birth father, changing the stakes. As rivals pursue sabotage, dark magic, and kidnapping, Harper, Gavin, and Sophie must rely on their different strengths. The conflict brings together Harper’s resolve, Gavin’s dragon heritage, and Sophie’s awakened blood as they face those who threaten them.
