Synopsis

Lily Hope's gambling-addicted father sells her to an underground casino, unaware that its true owner is Raven, a powerful crime lord. Brought before him and expecting the worst, she is offered a stark choice: become his wife or die. She picks marriage, and Raven, who has quietly kept her in his thoughts for years, sends her to work at RS, his company, soon after the wedding while he travels for business.

Her first task there is to test a new lifestyle assistant, but a technical slip means the program never appears in her contacts. Raven adds her from an account with a black profile picture, and Lily takes him for the assistant. She sends test messages, including a request for a picture of a man's abs, and the request reaches Raven's phone. Believing his wife is flirting, the crime lord leaves a boardroom and answers with a photo of his own.
