Synopsis
When the wild's food supply is poisoned, three forest rulers—a tiger, a lion and a leopard—head into a human neighbourhood looking for scraps. There they meet Muffin, a plump house cat who offers food and shelter in return for a contract: the predators become her apprentices and learn to cuddle, act cute and charm people.
Canned food, warm beds and constant affection prove hard to resist, and the trio slowly drift from who they were. Then they learn the contamination was engineered by a purification company selling its own antidote, and each must weigh a soft life as a pet against a risky bid to save the forest.
